Well iv given it all another clean inside and out and the throttle housing checked all the plugs for corroded connection and nothing they are all perfectly clean and with no codes coming up on the diag I'm lost... all iv got left to try is fuel filter and change map and temp sensor other than that iv got nothing left lol

If you've got nothing left then it won't hurt to:

1) Check the throttle position sensor (Potentiometer top-right in your picture with 3-wires plug) for correct opperation in real-time data mode. This should go from around 1% to 99% (Or 0 degrees to around 80 degrees angle of throttle pane), smoothly and properly as you press the accelerator pedal. Engine can be off for this.

2) Absolutely check the valve tappets gaps which should be 0.20mm intake and 0.40mm exhaust. This makes sense because when replacing air-filter and changing exhaust you've suddenly changed the 'breathing' of the engine which is quite closesly tied with this adjustment.
