PPT40 clock issues

Afternoon

Ive recently installed a PPT40 multi line display clock. All works well with the stalk and display.

However the clock does not light up.

Ive tried new bulbs and the old bulb holders from the old clock.

Any ideas as to why it isn't illuminating?
