#1: 206 engine whine.. With video! Author: NayNay1991x, Location: LeicesterPosted: Fri May 17, 2013 2:57 pm ---- Hi, recently I had an head skim, head gasket change, timing belt kit change and since when my car eventually gets warmer I press the accelerator and I get a loud whine from the engine, to me it sounds like its coming from where the cambelt itself is.. The garage reckon its a tensioner but my dad and my friends dad said its my cambelt too tight.
