Okay, so basically my car is a 1.1 Peugeot look, Recently my car has started popping up with the stop button, and keep flashing, the hand brake light was on also, When my handbrake was fully released? Also, I started to brake and it started beeping at me again. Then it will randomly turn off? Is it telling me I need to replace something? My oil is fine, brake fluid fine also. Bit clueless really and it's bugging me.

What year, (Plexed or pre-plexed)?

If it's plexed, then try a BSI reboot, (detailed here: www.206info.co.uk/Foru...boot.html)

Sounds like an issue with the rear brakes? Drums I assume?

Check the connection on the handbrake switch. It's possibly making a ghost contact. This would fool the car into thinking the handbrake was being put on. No idea if it would cause the beep, but it would certainly put the brake warning light on on the dash.

Central (STOP) warning light. Linked to the "engine oil pressure", "coolant temperature and low coolant level", "handbrake", "low brake fluid level" and "electronic brake force distribution system fault" warning lights.
