Yup, I suggested this to hayes_ctfc and to short stuff (whom I saw today).
I can bring my little thing on wheels, if we can get some coals organised and some food - we'll be well away!

Just a quick note to say that tickets for this years Pugfest event are currently on sale and will END BEING ON SALE AS OF MIDNIGHT ON 30th JUNE 2013. This gives the PSCUK Committee time to dispatch the tickets and allocate parking for your invited club. Tickets are available in the online shop at shop.psooc.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=38. Failure to purchase a ticket for your invited club prior to the event will result in parking in the public car park.

Thanks for your support and see you at Pugfest,

Does anyone coming to pugfest have a code reader for a multiplex car? If they do, would you be able to bring it so I can read mine please? Thanks in advance.

Looks like I'm a few hours too late Laughing

Literally got the MOT booked for today so should be able to make it, anyone know who I should contact? Not sure if Brian is still on here. Would like to go with info if possible.

Cabrioman - I have a basic one that can read and clear codes. If I can get tickets I will bring it down.

I haven't had a reply from them as of yet and probably won't. My main concern is that you have to have a stand pass to get onto the hill climb as if you park in the car park you won't be able to get your vehicle into the hill area.

Anyone know who else I should try and contact?

Surely you don't need a stand pass for the hillclimb?
When I owned my 180 and went to Pugfest you just parked anywhere. The invited clubs were on the hardstanding and needed a stand pass, but the regular PSOOC members who attended just parked-up wherever they could.

I don't know mate it's been a few years since I last went. Not totally sure where this 'car park' even is.

The 'return road' is by where the hardstanding is ('invited clubs')
The 'paddocks' is the PSCUK/PSOOC members' parking

Club stand pass might be a 'no' - unless you want mine (I have a VW) Embarassed
I imagine there will still be hillclimb tickets for sale there

GREAT DAY!!

Good to see everyone (Uz, Andrew, Pez, Stu VorTechS, DD, Nathan Abzynthe) and meet the newbies (hayes, Cabrioman, Shortstuff, Harry) Very Happy

Amazing weather and good banter around the BBQ!

Had a great time, and really glad I managed to actually get to one of these seeing as they are right on my doorstep! Plenty of grub from the slightly makeshift BBQ which actually worked put rather well, good conversation with a cracking bunch of lads and some good looking cars!

Loved watching the climbs and the surprisingly few dicey moments!
Looking forward to next year!

(But there's now way I'm lugging my fat a**e up those climbs... I'll just carry on being captain sensible!)

I think the beans was a joke. But the turkey cooked quite well - except that last piece, which I wasn't going to attempt! Stroke of genius bringing the little frying pan though eh? Wink

I'm not responsible for any undercooked turkey though...

Cheers to everyone that came it was the best turn out I've seen from info at pugfest before, especially for stu and anyone else that contributed to the BBQ was a larvvly day.
