So if people watch this over a few times they may be better placed to comment but u could inquire about bearing/pulley/water pump whine as a possible cause?..

And I had a new timing belt kit put on and it whined like that.. And still does when it's hot but garage reckons its normal.. So who to beleive. Get it checked.
