180+166+179+165÷4=172.5average psi
172.5÷100=1.725 so 1%=1.725 ×10=17.25
So 10%=17.25psi
Range of 10% MEANS between 180(upper limit)
And (180-17.25or-10%of avg. So 162.75)162.75(lower limit)is ok here...so between 180 and 162.75psi is serviceable,so yours,going off your readings should be fine..phew!!!

I can only assume the variation will be slightly closer with full opening on the throttle. But I am glad you agree they are serviceable
