Do both the folding wing mirrors still work?

Know weak spot on 206's that have them.

The drivers side still works. But the passenger side dosnt Sad actually as its a nice evening I might get out there and see if I can sort it!

Folding motor normally rusts up OR the mirror gets damaged & replaced by a non electric folding version due to cost.

Ahh I see. Now u mention it I cant hear a motor or anyhting in it. I will have a look when I get home. Im guessing if its rusty its just a case of getting some penertrating oil and gradually working it free

That might do the trick, easier if you unclip the mirror glass.

The folding mirrors are not the easiest things to strip apart, repair & rebuild Laughing

No I know haha. I work in a body shop and their always a pain in the a**e! Cheers for the advice tho mate! Another thing to sort before FCS lol

The folding mirrors are fixable BUT the job isn't for the faint hearted, I never want to do another one! Laughing

If you do strip them apart pack inside the folding motor / gearbox unit with Vaseline on reassembly.

What is the gt??what engine and where in the 206 range does it sit??
Ive not really had anything to do with the gt??
hmmm!!curious...this must be where the big sticky out bumpers originate??
