Diagnostics port?

I have a 1999 v reg 1.1 L peugeot 206. (black bumper one)

I have a code reader and wondered if it would work on this car - I cannot find the diagnostics port anywhere?

Does it have one or am i just being completely blind?

remove the panel under the steering wheel where the fuse's are and its there
