206 gti 180 2004 have know idea on which is the best oil to use 5w10 or 10w30 what make i dont know????

Think most people on here use 5w40

But I use New Life 0w40

5w/30 fully synthetic in all the petrol cars in work other that the ones that take special oil (mini cooper, bmw etc)

we use valvoline ... pretty s**t hot oil too for the price

I use 5w/40 Part Synthetic Mobil Oil in mine at the moment.

was using Castrol 5w30 for the past 2 years but it keeps burning up quick. I've switched to valvoline 5w40 and my engine barely eats any oil now which is interesting.

May give shell 5w40 a go the next time round as i noticed my oil temp going slightly above 90 during traffic which it never did before.
