If you mean the ABS sensor, then yes, wheel off and 2 nuts and it will come out. The worst one to do is the front drivers side, not getting the sensor out the hub, but actually getting at the plug.

Got it cheapish because it has the same problem as you have described. Is it a fairly easy fix if you know what you are doing?
