#1: 206 Idle Problems Author: DaMacFunkin, Posted: Sat Sep 07, 2013 6:44 am ---- Hello i have a 1.4 dohc (16v) recently when the engine gets hot, usually after i have exited the motor way, if i stop at a set of lights the revs drop then kick back up again... occasionally they drop enough for the car to stall, please note this only happens when the engine gets warm. I belived i may have a sticking stepper motor, so i have taken it off, and mine isnt like any that i have seen on the tutorials, also mine doesn't seem to have a removable valve?
I've cleaned it and put it back together, anybody have any info what else to look at on a dohc, like i said its hard to find tutorials for this engine.
