the centre surrond is in 2 bits (one round A/C, radio and one round the head up display) remove the surround from the head up section - it clips in at back (nearest windscreen) an has locator pins into lower section - careful as Hazard switch it attach to upper.

I usually remove radio to make job easier. Then there are 2 star screws at the top of the lower section - take these out and slowly bring lower section forward - also static clips hold it in place. this then gives access to A/C controller, remove, replace bulbs and reverse of above = job done Very Happy

Yes, I did this very recently. I've posted somewhere...

Remove your radio.

Remove the surround from the multi-function computer (MFC). This should pop out.

Then remove the two screws holding the main fascia surround. The surround can then be removed by gentle maneuvering.

You'll see four screws holding the heater control in place. Remove these & then the hard part starts!!!

Using small flat head screw drivers, pop out the lugs on the top & the bottom. Remove the black front panel & replace the three bulbs. They're 286 bulbs. They can only be removed/replaced from the inside of the heater control unit. So, there's no need to remove it from the car as I did! I replaced the originals with single SMD LED's as I do not wish to do this again.

Replace everything in reverse order. And you're done.

You just put your two hands on the clock surround and push down on it then force it towards windscreen

Then underneath the clock surround there is two torx t20 screws holding the trim that surrounds the radio and heating display. Undo these and put them somewhere you can find them later. Next just grab hold of the surround and tug at different points until it deattaches.

Then there should be around 4 more torx screws holding the heating unit in remove these and again store them safely. The heater should now slide out.
