It might also be worth trying one of the larger mobile companies that come to you and that specialise in paint chips and bumper damage.
Be clear that you want a written quote and then they know you won't just accept any price and they will try to be competitive. Also a written quote is very different in law to an estimate. An estimate is just a best guess and can change. A written quote is a fixed agreement.

I just hope the glue and paint that the glue has bonded to is strong enough that high speed driving doesn't just rip it off!
Back to my earlier post. Take it to a few places and see what they quote.
