Yeah the soft-top folds away into the boot as if you would if you wanted the roof down then you just drop on the hard roof by removing two plastic covers where these 2 pins drop into for the electrics i.e. rear heated screen and interior roof lights. 2 min job

Hard top, soft top and no top! I am not a BMW fan as I have said before, but you car is looking like an exception to that rule!
