Car is still standard height at the minute and want to lower it what's the best set for money and is it easy to do or a right ball ache ??

The best you can afford basicly. Bilstein's uprated shocks are a good upgrade and regarded as pretty much the best for the money by a lot of people.

The actual lowering process is fairly simple if you're mechanically minded and have a little experience, however the rear can be a crappy job as removing the torsion bars from the trailing arms can be a bit of a challenge!
