Looking to buy a Socket/Spanner for spark plug service on my 206.

Do all compatible spark plugs for 206 require the same size socket/spanner?

I undo the coil pack to access spark plugs however the spark plug seems to be a 45 degree angle towards the windscreen. How do I access the spark plugs without the extension/bar conflicting and touching the throttle housing above it?

Not sure if it's the 16mm (5/8") hex. Never really looked as I just grab socket from the toolbox.

Ideally you want to get one that is either magnetic or has the rubber cap on the inside. This makes it easier to take the spark plug out, and also makes it easier to put back in and minimise the risk of cross threading it.

I use a flexi extension to get them out. I suppose you could use a combination of short extensions and knuckle joints.

It will also need to be a deep socket.

16mm mine were bosch try and buy a dedicated spark plug socket if you can as they have a rubber gromet in them which helps you lift them out

And if you don't have a magnetic or rubber grommet spark plug socket, a piece of hose that fits snugly over the top of the plug can help you get the plug into/out of position.
