#1: 206 GT(i) by RandomGT Author: RandomGT, Location: CroatiaPosted: Mon Nov 11, 2013 2:56 pm ---- Well friends, time to post some pics of my project car.. Its a GTi 138, bought it this summer, and this is how it stands before winter. Anyway, it was a stock GTi with some bad paintjob when I bought it, so I did quite a bit on it for now as you can see My previous car was 1.4 tangerine, I owned it for 8 years, and thats where the story started Hope my english isnt too bad, and its good to be here with all of You..

These morretes are very rare in Croatia
#5: Re: 206 GT(i) by RandomGT Author: RandomGT, Location: CroatiaPosted: Sat Nov 16, 2013 8:26 am ---- Hvala stari! Yes,its a GTi with GT bumpers, best recognition is the antenna on the back which GTs never had, while other changes to GTi-GT models can be easily altered.

#9: Re: 206 GT(i) by RandomGT Author: RandomGT, Location: CroatiaPosted: Wed Sep 03, 2014 4:15 pm ---- Fitted 4-2-1 Dev1l exhaust manifold,at the time these were sold by oem dealers,as far as I know they dont produce em any more.Shame one cant see it when you pop the hood.
I also put on a new cat converter, and now have a nice exhaust pops when lowering gears didnt see that coming with keeping the cat on,but Im very satisfied with the sound,as 4 performances next move is 180 inlet manifold so then well see after remap.
#10: Re: 206 GT(i) by RandomGT Author: Edward, Location: In the garagePosted: Thu Sep 04, 2014 8:15 am ---- I wonder how effective an unequal length 4-2-1 manifold is on a N/A engine.
#11: Re: 206 GT(i) by RandomGT Author: RandomGT, Location: CroatiaPosted: Mon Sep 22, 2014 3:50 am ---- Guess well know more after I do inlet & remap..in the meanwhile got myself RC/GTi 180 seats.

Reminds me of my GT.
P.S Zašto te nema na PKH-Hrvatska forumu ?
#13: Re: 206 GT(i) by RandomGT Author: RandomGT, Location: CroatiaPosted: Tue Sep 23, 2014 8:56 am ---- Thx mate! Lowering will have to wt 4 now, since i have some other plans that are more important and interesting to me.But a subtle drop in ride height is indeed in my plan, yes.
It already has wider GTi/s16/RC front wings, as u can see on picture nb.3.
#14: Re: 206 GT(i) by RandomGT Author: RandomGT, Location: CroatiaPosted: Wed Mar 04, 2015 1:40 am ---- Wheel arch extensions finally bought and fitted, more pics when the snow melts, and in the meanwhile couple of old pics without RC seats.
#15: Re: 206 GT(i) by RandomGT Author: RandomGT, Location: CroatiaPosted: Tue Apr 26, 2016 1:58 am ---- It's been a while..I've bought a 406 coupe 2.2E, so 206 was on hold some time, but I plan much more for her now Think the only 'update' from last time is 'RC' or 'GTi180' exhaust trim (it fits the GT bumper with some precise measuring).
