Always thought these where overpriced for a bit off tube with a filter on the end
are there big gains?

Yeh, i knew these instructions existed but i was after one with better photos n all...
Is it easy to self-install?

Very easy, At the bottom right of your engine you have the panel filter. This is encased in a plastic box held in by 4 screws (Just below your battery). Firstly there is a pipe running towards it, this is your cold air pipe. It is held in place by a jubilee clip undo this. Connect your new filter on the end of this. You can then undo the 4 Screws on the panel filter and remove it to keep your new filter in there.
