#1: 206 hdi wont start Author: standardgt180, Location: BirminghamPosted: Sat Dec 14, 2013 5:19 am ---- so im taking a 206 hdi in exchange for my 106 quick silver and cash my way . only thing being is that the hdi wont start , the bloke said he had a tec look at it quickly and he seems to think its something to do with the fuel pump or somewhere around that region im wondering would it be worth taking in px ? what could it be worst case sinorio and what do they break like if worst comes to worst ?

Might be the fuel pump or cold be something completely different which will cost you more than the car is worth to get it fixed, but then again it could be something cheap like a connector has come off.
Breaking a 206 isn't too bad, but it depends on how long you want to be stuck with the parts if no one wants to buy them
