I know it needs a good clean inside and out..
Any suggestions where to start with upgrades ?

About upgrades,you can always start by having new wheels on,instead of these 14",you can have 16" nimrods :D,then have a rear quarter tinted,not too much dark,just 30%,and lots can be done,but step by step

,well that is great :D,can't wait to see them on this beauty :D,but don't forget to give them a good clean inside and out before you fit them on the car,so they stands out really well once fitted ,I will keep my eyes on this thread for sure

Next is some GTI 180 mirrors and GTI front brakes Any opinions ?

I know, I'll be crucified for saying that - but they look really good on your car man. It looks so much nicer with it being cleaned and all! I honestly think Lexus rear lights would do a dream for your car.
