Bosch or Valeo Coil Pack?

Bosch: £55
Valeo: £90 (if I can remember)

If these do the same job would bosch still be good for a coil pack? Or you guys prefer valeo at all?

Either will be fine. Just avoid Bougicord

No Bougicord is fine, Sagem were the one's to avoid but that was ages ago..

Yeah avoid Sagem like the plague, nasty things those ones!

Bougicord was the higher end/better quality 'replacement' for the failing Sagem ones IRRC. Valeo ones are a good choice too, I've never seen a Bosch one myself..

Hm, BOSCH normally are decent for most stuff but I got a few stuff on the car that's Valeo but none of its failed yet. So I'll probably just go for the Valeo one.

My Euro Car Parts coil pack came in a Valeo box but it was a Sagem inside!

Yes they should do. Mine has it near the connector.

I'm still running the original Bougicord coilpack (+cap mod) from 2001..
