Dear Club representative,

I'd like to formally invite you to attend Pugfest 2014, the annual gathering for the Peugeot Sport Club UK and the largest all Peugeot show in the UK.

With non-competitive hill climb runs, show and shine competitions, concours examples, traders and other invited Peugeot/associated clubs, there is always something different to see including some interesting vehicles provided by Peugeot and other collections.

Pugfest 2014 will be again held at Prescott Hill, Gotherington, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL52 9RD and next year's show will be held on Sunday 13th July 2014.

As an invited related club please could you confirm your attendance, giving an estimate of how many vehicles will be attending, whether any of your vehicles would want to run up the hill climb and provide a contact name, phone number and email address from your club to whom we should contact regarding the organisation of the event. This will allow us to liaise with Prescott Hill and to suitably accommodate your club. We understand that you may require some time to discuss this with your club and Committee members.

Your support is appreciated, Rich

Just a reminder too after last year please: the maximum allowable vehicle noise level is 104Db. Any vehicle that exceeds this will not be allowed to use the track at this venue. All track users must hold a valid driving licence. The event is a non-competitive event and in this regard crash helmets are strongly discouraged. All vehicles using the venue other than 'static display' vehicles must be insured and hold a valid license for the public highway. The event is not suitable for competition vehicles other than for static display.

Bit confused - is this a clarification as there have been quite a lot of non road legal cars in the last few years going up the hill or is this a new rule?
