#1: 2.2 HDI Intercooler on 206? Author: rlees85, Location: DaventryPosted: Wed Feb 05, 2014 8:21 am ---- I know this has probably been covered a million times. So I apologise! But I cannot find answer anywhere!
I know the best intercooler to fit is:

So the Intercooler should be 695mm long, 185mm high and 65mm wide. With the two outlets being 65mm. You cannot buy one specifically for the Pug, you need to find one this size. Think Astra ones are IIRC. This requires the least amount of cutting.
I also found people say the RHZ intercooler is too small for there to be any point.
Does the 2.2 HDI intercooler from a 406 work well or also no good? Just I have been offered one.

Author: robb, Posted: Wed Feb 05, 2014 11:49 am ---- Its not that its no good, just that the 406 intercoolers are quite large and would make life harder than a nice shallow universal one. I understand your thinking though, I wish there was something from the pug/ Citroen range that could be adapted for an easy installation and a stock appearance but unfortunately it doesn't exist.
