-> Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I need to mot my 206 x reg,but to pass the hazzard warning lights need to work.When I took it to a garage I was told that after putting it on their analaysis computer there was no power going to the hazzard lights.To fix this they have to get to an entombed part that needs to be reprogramed which will cost over 300 pounds or more.They say it the way they built the car.
Any advice would be welcome!

It could just be the switch that is faulty, probably easier & cheaper to get a switch from a breakers and try that rather than part with £300. Can't say I've heard of hazard lights needing to be reprogrammed. If I was in the same situation, I'd have a go at fixing it myself.
