Hi guys,

Just wanted to check something before I go ahead and make a purchase later today.

So I have 1.4 8v Look Pug with the horrible non sports bumpers. I'm looking to switch the front and rear out to sport bumpers.
Now from a little bit of searching on here, I think I'm right in saying that switching the rear is a straight swap, plus changing the arch liners to sport ones so they match up correctly.
Am I right in thinking it's the same for the front? Straight swap including the arch lining?

I only ask as I believe the 180 and CC models have flared front quarter panels plus the bump strips are slightly wider but not sure about the sport models though?

i just did this on mine.. Got a GTI bumper from a 2001 model, and it dint fit my 2000 model GLX 100%.
i had to cut the lugs off the bumper where it sits into the holes in the wings as it did sit proud of the wing by a good 7odd mm.. just didnt look right to me, but alls good now.
