Car is on a set of vmaxx coilovers at stock height right now and It's had the tracking.
My steering has always been heavy like my last 180 when compared to many other cars, since fitted the lighter suspension has made the steering very light, the problem isn't that it is the almost delay from the wheels?
I can turn my wheel and it feels like there is a tiny (but significant when driving) delay in the responce from my car. Almost feels like a floating sensation as if the front of the car isn't connected to the wheels.
All wheels are on new tyres and balanced at the correct pressure. This issue has only came to light since the coilovers were fitted.
Anyone ever experienced something like this or know a potential cause? This is my first time on the 180 where I've replaced the springs and dampers, last time it was just eibach springs and stock dampers do felt stiffer on rebound but not far different if at all in steering feel.
Any suggestions appreciated and scrapping is not an option hahaha

To get tyres out of the moulds they have a releasing agent that make new tyres feel a bit off for the first hundred(ish) miles. Your feeling does sound a bit more extreme than normally caused by new tyres though.
If they are directional tyres are they fitted correctly? If they are directional they should have arrows on them showing direction of rotation and possibly the word "outside" moulded in them to show the obvious outside face of the tyre.
Have you double checked all suspension components are done up tight and without play as it does sound more like a steering rack ball joint or bottom swivel problem. Possibly lower arm bushes; have they become damaged when fitting the suspension?

It is possible that something was damaged, I didn't fit them. A mechanic mate did and we had a wheel off incident (although at the rear) since replacing my alloys & no spacers no issues from the rear.
It's been like it even on the old tyres defo isn't the tyres. I thought at first maybe it's because the new suspension is so much lighter, but it's an odd feeling that doesn't make me confident when directing the car quickly.
If I move the wheel side to side when the cars in a straight line quickly there is a slight delay on the car moving from straight line position. Il check all the bolts ASAP and report back. So bizarre but definitely a problem since the new stuff was fitted. Cheers for the reply and suggestions!

Tyres are directional but all are correctly fitted & weighted pressure is at 30psi. They're 205/45/16 toyo t1rs
