These weren't plugged in to anything so wondering what the hell there for?
I suspect many of the 206's share a similar wiring setup and simply ends don't get cut off and left.
Pictures not great but will get some more tomorrow of where these go to if required.

Never seemed to have done any harm, I have another non connected terminal further in under the wiper area, again not seem to matter. Someone on the forum that one was an alarm lead.

My assumption is different wiring looms for different year and engine size,
plexed, multiplexed.

The 3 pin is for the crystal twin H7 headlamps.
The 2 pin is for front fog lamps.
If you look behind drivers side headlamp you should find the other pair of connectors for that side also hiding away.
Basically its cheaper to make one standard wiring loom with all the plugs on then to have several different spec looms with different amounts of plugs.

Yer forgot to mention there is an identical pair on the drivers side too.
Ok so basically means when I get round to swapping the frosted lens over its just plug and play?
You need to change the BSI configuration set up with Peugeot Planet from FROSTED to CRYSTAL headlamps.
If you don't change the setting then the dipped beam will go OFF when you select main beam.
MOT failure IF the tester is on the ball & also its pointless changing the lights & not having them working correctly.

BUT what's the point when the car already has all the correct relays & wiring fitted, it just needs a small BSI set up tweak with Planet to tell it higher spec headlamps are now fitted.
