As far as I know (remember since I looked at getting a one-arm viper setup, which AFAICFO they only made for the RHD setup), all the holes in the metal panel for both LH and RH drive setup are there (at least the extra for a RHD setyp on an originally LHD car), so it would be a matter of cutting the holes in the plastic (or get a LHD plastic panel) and getting a LHD linkage.
You might want to check the regulations for sweep coverage/area...(if it's a road car) Doubt Peugeot would have gone for two different mechanisms if they could have used just one. Could get you a pic of the swept area on my car (LHD) if you want.

#6: Re: front wiper without arm cover Author: doski, Location: WarwickshirePosted: Sat Apr 26, 2014 7:33 am ---- colour code it if you like the look of it you can get the paint for around £10 a can and have a go yourself if you fail its only £10 down the drain.
I wrapped mine in carbon (makes it lighter aha) but on a serious note it was around £5 for a 1m sheet and i did the cover and the wing mirror covers as they had faded
