#1: Driving at low revs with new clutch Author: David1156, Location: East LondonPosted: Mon Apr 28, 2014 1:41 pm ---- Just had a new clutch kit and clutch cable fitted and it's like driving a brand new car couldn't be happier.
But I was looking for advice for wearing in my clutch, and I read that I shouldn't be taking the car above 4000 rpm. I tend to redline it a couple of times whenever im driving it and was wondering if the advice to stay at low rpms should be followed? I appreiciate any input you guys may have, David.

And it's true the new vehicles we pdi have to be driven hard on road test to find any faults before there sold
