If you use the search function you'll find what you're looking for.
But from previous threads the front relay/fan wiring is the most likely suspect, they corrode then fail unfortunatly.
EDIT: Sorry miss understood the blowers bit, sound like you've got air in the system, look in the How-to section Timon did a guide on how to bleed the cooling system.

Did you bleed the system when you changed the radiator?
Does the cooling fan come on at all?

The main issue was that i hadnt bled the system when i changed the rad, all tho i still have any internal blowers at all. And iv found that i need to replace the piston rings as my air filter box is looking shockingly full of oil. Once again thanks all for getting back to me and helping sort my problem.
