#1: Intermittent clutch issue Author: ARRAN, Location: WiltshirePosted: Sat May 24, 2014 6:02 am ---- Having a few problems lately with my clutch, happens every now again not all the time.
Basically, I'll put my foot on the clutch to change gear, or pull away and the pedal will just hit the floor along with what can only be described as a creaking noise, leaving me with no clutch at all.
If it does this while I am trying to select gear to pull away, I am unable to put the car in gear as though I havent even got my foot on the clutch.
And if it happens while the car is in gear, I an unable to take the car out of gear and have to turn the car off.
Any ideas? Car had a new clutch a year ago.
