So yesterday night I was coming back from a St John duty and I for some reason which I still don't under stand got diverted on to the muddy track.
So I am driving done this track and all of a sudden I notice my seat belts gone tight. so I stop, turn the engine off and get out the car into the mud.
it smelt, well not nice but it could have just been the smell from the clutch from the driving conditions.
I tried to start the engine, the start motor turned but the engine didn't start. also the drivers seat belt would not retract.
i was pushed on to a muddy bank and in the time before the AA man arrived, the car started, but the air bag light was up.
the aa guy checked the battery and plugged in his computer and three error codes came up, for the fuel injectors. and the 206 only has 4, so the aa guy concluded they weren't true as the engine wouldn't run.
so he towed me home.
so today i began fault finding.
i manged to get the seat belts to retract and released the passenger one.
i still couldn't get ride of the airbag light. i was playing in the fuse box and took out the shunt fuse and replaced it again. on starting the car all was good!
but two hours later when i started it, it was back.
so i am looking for a bit of help really?
to give you some more info, the aa guy was convinced the seat belts only locked and don't has the restraint that pulls you in the seat, at this didn;t happen to me.
also could i have activated an impact senor because of the terrain?
btw the airbag didn't go off. and the engine didn't cut out, i manual turned it off.
any help would be fabulous

Get it scanned with Peugeot Planet.
What year of 206 is it as there are 2 totally different electrical system used on 206's & the SRS system control is also slightly different depending on age of 206.
