Oil for the 180...

Had an oil pressure insignificant message come up so need top my oil up for the 180 but what's best to use? I'm totally useless when comes to engine work so asmuch advice is needed please guys.

A decent 5W40 Fully Synthetic oil is what you need.
Also you really shouldnt be letting your oil get low enough for the light/warning message to come on. It takes 2 seconds to check so you should check it once a week at least tbh.

Well that's the thing I checked it only wed n had plenty before but it's booked in service on thurs also

Where was it on the dipstick on weds then? If its dropped that much in a few days i'd be checking to make sure you dont have any leaks or that its not smoking or anything, if you've got smoke there's a few things it could be also.
