Also you really shouldnt be letting your oil get low enough for the light/warning message to come on. It takes 2 seconds to check so you should check it once a week at least tbh.

If its dropped that much in a few days i'd be checking to make sure you dont have any leaks or that its not smoking or anything, if you've got smoke there's a few things it could be also.
