I will do. Sorting the step daughters new hose out at the minute, so not many spare hours in the day.

Do you not have any friends or neighbours who own a Peugeot or Citroen model? You could plug into their car and see if it works. If it does, then it's your car that's faulty, if it doesn't then you either have a software or hardware issue.

Before you tried the global test, did you enter the correct RPO number? I'm guessing you did to get to the global test screen. Did the correct VIN come up on the left of the screen?

Have you tried reinstalling and reactivating the software?
