This is an intermittent fault btw, would it flag as intermittent if the injector was just getting blocked?

as it's intermittent fault,then there is nothing to worry about,check the injectors plugs,and make sure all if fixed well.

Probably the injector failing (one closest to the cambelt). Check the resistance over the two pins and let me know what your getting
