Air filter back in, will try again ! may be good idea from the good old days of the Carburettor was not so clever !

But to be fair, every thing I have done and the CO reading has not changed a bit !

Yes.

Even a 2nd hand genuine cat is a much better prospect that then new crap aftermarket stuff thats on the market.
