Is it? No one on here can tell until you come back with more information. Tax and ticket? Service history? All the usual really.

I personally wouldn't pay 1750 for it unless it was in great condition with a comprehensive SH or a thread somewhere on the internet that suggests a back up to claims of history.
They seem to vary greatly in price. I was looking at 180's last year with a friend, what I have come to realise if not obvious from the price is that the cheap ones, unless a bargain in disguise were absolute heaps. (viewed 7 in total). Generalising, and it's almost obvious throughout all second hand cars, but it appears to get hold of a good 180 you'll have your work cut out if you're looking at cheap ones. Even the one my friend ended up with wasn't without fault @ 2.2k but it was miles above the rest we had viewed.
