#1: project 206 170k 1.4 Author: sillywotsit, Posted: Thu Jul 31, 2014 2:15 pm ---- Okay so I bought my first for 150 quid.... Had a few problems new powersteering pump and fan belt. All be sorted. She's done 175k miles on a 1.4 petrol. She's 5 door and I must say quite clean. She started off standard but I didn't take pics. But this is how she's looking after a week.

3 wheel bolts are more than sufficient for holding a wheel on. The plod won't like it one bit though!!!

I'm not condoning your use of 3 wheel bolts. Tbh it's stupid as your just risking yourself points on your license or a void insurance claim due to your vehicle not being classed as roadworthy. A wheel bolt from your local pug dealer is no more than 4 quid (I know as I work there) and I'm sure you could even get one from your local garage for free. Get it done!
