Masking crystal headlights

#1: Masking crystal headlights Author: James3107 PostPosted: Sun Aug 31, 2014 2:22 pm

Hi has anybody got any pictures of masking headlights.

I know how to break them apart and seal them back up that's not an issue. I'm just unsure which part I can spray.
Obviously want to keep them reflecting. Do you have to masking tape the reflective bits or is it a seperate part. Don't wanna mess it up.

I've abused the search button before any comments start. No pictures at all.
Thanks

You separate them. I do have a picture but I'm at work so I'll get one up on here for you sometime tomorrow.

It's just coming up a little square I can't see anything. Maybe it's because I'm on my phone.

When you get them apart there is only one part of the chrome that comes out easily. It's the part that has the hole in for the side light and goes the full width of the headlamp.

Don't think my picture will be any better for you than Mattys'
