Tried with internet off didn't work, I have downloaded another version of pp2000 so I will give that a go! Windows compatibility didn't work either because I didn't have the option to as it was all greyed out!

I tried another version I found of pp2000 and the install did slightly better. It got to the end and then displayed the same message. This is driving me nuts now:(
