Any ideas how i can make the front washer jets work better? They hardly fire any fluid out of them and ive been told its a common problem

Usually they are blocked at the nozzle/outlets. You can use a long pin and poke into the nozzle/outlets to clear it. Slide it in and out and it will be cleared.

Check under the bonnet too to see if there are any blockages within the actual clear fluid pipes that leads to the nozzles/outlets. If so, detach pipe from nozzle/outlets to clean inside the pipes.

If you with the nozzles detached still have poor flow, follow the line back towards the reservoir and check that it isn't kinked.
Is your rear washer also underperforming?. There could be gunk at the bottom of the reservoir [partly ] blocking flow into the pump.
