How do you take the wing mirror caps off? One of mine is matte and the other is gloss so I wanted to make them match because it's p*****g me off haha

If you push a thin metal strip, like a metal rule, under the centre of the cap from the front you might find it releases the clip. Don't force it or you will just be in the market for a new cap (or caps!).

There are 3 small clips (~5mm wide) along the front edge. Next to the central one is also a 'non-hooked' localizing tab (~5mm from the central tab). The two other tabs are each ~50 mm away from the central tab.
The back edge (by the glass) just wraps around the edge of the housing.

The tabs need to be pushed back less than 1mm (very thin/narrow 'hook') to release.
