Without using online searches, does anyone know what size engine is in it or what fuel it runs?

It certainly was, growing up collecting the mags they were all filled with cars like these. Even wanted one myself, the iconic (at the time) Vauxhall Nova and Widebody Corsa's
Some of these are built very well though, just there isn't much space nor desire for them in today's modifying scene.

Good to see i'm not alone then mate, feeling's mutual with all the nova's that were featured, even liked the mad china blue 206 back in 2002 that graced maxpower and R-Tec's m4 rear ended Fiesta RS Turbo

Had a massive double sided poster of that M4 Fiesta from one of the Max Power editions.. jesus that's a memory jogger right there.
I still say if I stumbled across and non molested rust free 2.0l Nova I'd buy it in a heartbeat for the nostalgia!
Makes you wonder if the cars we admire these days will be looked on the same light 15-20 years from now.

I agree and in todays scene there's not a lot to be desired, everythings moved on so fast, most things these days are a lot more low key than they were 10 years ago.
