And you have to keep it serviced regular as

A DV6 is the 1.6 HDI 16 valve, it's like holding a hand grenade with the pin removed & your starting to get cramp in your hand
The DV6 also has a dual mass flywheel & a depollution filter, both designed to empty your wallet

Don't worry about the milage keep it maintained and it'l be fine my last one was still going very strong with 260k when I sold it and as far as I know it's still getting the guy to work everyday as it's still taxed 2 years later

Good to know, While i'm here is there anything that are common on going wrong with them? also I'm curious what is it like to drive? and what is the power like in them I'm assuming there will be a massive difference from my 1.1 saxo haha

Engine cover clips & crank pulley are known issues, both parts have been modified by PSA Peugeot / Citroen.
The only other known issue is idiots putting unleaded in the tank & contaminating the fuel system.
Other then that it will be a huge difference from driving a TU1 Saxo.
A TU1 Saxo is pretty nippy as the TU1 likes to rev & a Saxo weighs about as much as a crisp packet.
A 206 is more heavy BUT with DW10 power you have a lot more low down torque to pull the car along.

I think any form of 206 is more refined than a saxo but they have plenty of low end lazy grunt lose the egr and get it mapped and they go pretty well for what they are never really had any problems with mine apart from consumables and the odd suspension part needing replacement

Well if that is a problem stick to getting it mechanically spot on I would still block the egr though as they don't half like to gunk up
