hopefuly have attached a picture, but under my engine cover there is water spurting out of something that looks broken off???

Just below and to the left of the yellow plug in the pic...

Can anyone avise what it is, is it indeed broken and whats it going to cost me to have fixed???

It's obviously making the car undriveable which is a nightmare, so any help would be awesome!!!

you need a new Thermostat housing, and buy it brand new,not a used one, don't know how much it cost, but i'm sure other will add a price,it can be a DIY job if you know few mechanical things.

Thermostat bleed nipple had broken off. This is caused by your engine cover not being secure

That sounds exactly right, my engine cover is loose as the posts have broken off. I was waiting for someone on ebay to repost some better ones but he hasn't yet, guess I waited too long!

So, new thermostat housing, eurocarparts says about a tenner sohoping that and an MOT wont run into the hundreds!!!

Cheers fellas!

But the posts and new clips from Peugeot. Will be quicker, and probably cheaper too.
