Snapped ceramic glow plug
-> 206 Problems

Hi all,

Decided to change the glow plugs today.

First one snapped flush with the head.

Tried many ways of removing but to no avail. Drove home with it like it too.

Any other ideas apart from taking head off?

Rev the s**t out of the engine and dont let it stay on vacuum or hit it into the chamber and magnetize it out of the injector hole

Hi.

That won't work, 1. As its ceramic therefore not magnetic and 2. The injector hole is tiny and you cannot see anything.

I need the cambelt done anyway so going to have to get the head off
