#1: Intermittent Key Fob Author: Spotfist, Posted: Thu Jan 08, 2015 12:56 pm ---- Hey all, I have spent ages trying to find out a solution for this and posted some questions on here in other topics that might not be the right place.
When I push the key fob button (two button type) sometimes my central locking kicks in and other times it doesn't. I have tried different locations, distances etc but it seems really random. Sometimes I can spend AGES trying to unlock or lock the doors and have to use the key in the door.
I have found some places on line that will repair the key but am not sure if it could be the sensor in the car, does anyone know how i would test and has anyone used these repair places and had any issues?
