#1: Engine Management Light & Little Power! Author: Swinder, Location: UkPosted: Tue Jan 13, 2015 11:19 am ---- Over the winter months my 206 1.4l 16v Quiksilver has been a bit sluggish due to local/town driving, it would often stall in a morning when it was cold but it would be fine after that.
Issue is that my engine management light is now on (flashing) and I am really down on power. It will cut out if revs aren't kept up and it sounds very choked. I have taken it to a friend of mine and he can't find out the cause.
He has told me that there are no error codes coming up on the diagnostics that he ran and all the obvious things he has looked at have been fine.
So far the following has been done;
Coilpack replaced
Spark plugs all replaced
Catalytic convertor checked
All obvious sensors checked and cleaned
Checked injector 4 for water ingress (loom) from washer jet
ECU appears to be fine as well.
Can anyone think of anything else?
