Hi. I would like to change a speedometer bulbs. Any help please?

From memory (not experience since I'm multiplexed and cluster is lit by LED's that are soldered to the board):
Pop off the top cover (pull it towards you).
Unscrew the torx screw holding the cluster.
Move and tilt cluster towards you.
Undo connectors for better access/enable full removal.
Untwist bulb to change.
Put in new bulb.
Reassemble.

This HowTo for changing the LED's on a multiplexed cluster offers some illustrations that might be helpful.
Note that pre-plexed clusters have 2 connectors.
